Savannah is a partner with Sanderford & Carroll, P.C., licensed since 2008. Savannah has over 15 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts including advising clients, negotiating contracts, mediations, depositions, bench trials, and jury trials. The primary focus of Savannah’s practice is representing contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry. She represents plaintiffs and defendants involved in litigation before state and federal courts and in complex multi-party arbitrations. In addition to serving as an advocate, Savannah is also a certified mediator. Savannah’s mediation practice focuses on family law.

Practice Emphasis

Savannah’s practice focuses on the representation of general contractors and subcontractor on both private and public sector projects. Disputes typically involve performance, payment, construction defects, terminations, surety claims, liens, and bond claims. She regularly assists clients in preparing and negotiating claims, contracts, and other complex agreements. Savannah has represented clients in both state and federal courts through bench and jury trials.

Savannah is also a mediator for family law disputes. She has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2020.
