On December 29, 2023, Calvin Cowan prevailed in defense of a declaratory judgment claim by an multi-family apartment complex, won its counterclaim for foreclosure the client’s retainage lien, and defeated the owner’s claims of defective work.
In addition to winning 100% of the subcontractor’s retainage claim, the Arbitrator also awarded attorney’s fees and costs.
