Chase Grimshaw is an associate attorney who earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. While at Baylor, Chase competed on the Transactional Team. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Louisville. Before joining Sanderford & Carroll, Chase gained experience as an in-house legal extern, a summer associate, and a law clerk, working on contracts, compliance research, and litigation filings. He is licensed to practice in Texas as of 2026 and brings a blend of legal and business perspectives to his clients’ matters.
