On April 3, 2024, Thomas J. After a four-day arbitration that ended on March 28, 2024, Allen Wilson and Victoria McDaniel-Sonnier secured an award of $788,260.05 in delay damages on behalf of a heavy-civil construction contractor against a supplier providing large industrial pumps on a $50 million dollar sewer line and pump station project in Charleston, South Carolina.

On December 29, 2023, Calvin Cowan prevailed in defense of a declaratory judgment claim by an multi-family apartment complex, won its counterclaim for foreclosure the client’s retainage lien, and defeated the owner’s claims of defective work.
