Calvin assists subcontractors, general contractors, and developers/owners in commercial disputes related to both public and private projects, including disputes involving payment and performance issues, extra work claims, delays and labor inefficiencies, terminations, Prompt Pay Act claims, Texas Trust Fund claims, federal and state procurement claims, federal Miller Act claims, bond and lien claims, change order disputes, and other issues.
