Annie is an associate with the firm licensed in 2020. In addition to earning a law degree, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Texas at Austin. Annie has held a number of research-intensive jobs, including performing research on American slave trade routes for the University of Texas, and locating and returning art and antiquities stolen by Nazis during WWII for the Holocaust Art Restitution Project.
Annie’s practice is focused on representing subcontractors and general contractors in disputes related to both public and private projects. These disputes typically involve performance and payment issues, construction defects, terminations, claims against sureties, and lien and bond claims. Annie also represents clients in matters involving bankruptcy and creditors’ claims. Annie regularly assists clients through all aspects of the litigation process, including settlement negotiations, motion practice, discovery, and trial.
